Refund Policy
General Policy
All services provided by Texas Consultancy LLC are professional consultancy services (visa assistance, business setup, taxation, and related support). As such, fees once paid are considered earned in full. However, we allow refunds in limited cases outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment made by the client.
- Service has not been initiated by our team.
- The client cancels the service request within 7 calendar days of payment and before documentation or application processing has begun.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Government/Embassy/Consulate fees.
- Third-party expenses (e.g., courier, attestation, notarization, translations).
- Services already rendered or applications already filed on behalf of the client.
- Visa rejection due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the client.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
- Processing timelines vary from 10 to 45 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank or payment provider.
Liability Limitation
Texas Consultancy LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of payments made is strictly limited to the value of the service purchased.
